- 1 medium ripe banana fresh or frozen
- 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen, hulled
- 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 –2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional
- 1 cup ice cubes optional for thicker texture
Wash and hull the strawberries. Peel and slice the banana.
Add banana, strawberries, milk, vanilla extract, and optional sweetener to the blender. Add ice cubes if desired.
Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
