- Avocado 1 medium ripe, peeled and pitted
- Pineapple chunks 1 cup fresh or frozen
- Banana 1 medium peeled
- Spinach 1 cup loosely packed
- Coconut water or milk 1 cup
- Honey or maple syrup optional 1–2 tsp
- Ice cubes 1 cup
Prepare ingredients: wash spinach, peel avocado and banana, and chop pineapple.
Add coconut water (or milk) to blender first.
Layer pineapple, banana, avocado, and spinach in the blender.
Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
Add ice cubes.
Blend on high 45–60 seconds until smooth.
Taste and adjust for sweetness or consistency.
Pour into a glass or mason jar and enjoy immediately.
