Ingredients

  • Avocado 1 medium ripe, peeled and pitted
  • Pineapple chunks 1 cup fresh or frozen
  • Banana 1 medium peeled
  • Spinach 1 cup loosely packed
  • Coconut water or milk 1 cup
  • Honey or maple syrup optional 1–2 tsp
  • Ice cubes 1 cup

Instructions
 

  • Prepare ingredients: wash spinach, peel avocado and banana, and chop pineapple.
  • Add coconut water (or milk) to blender first.
  • Layer pineapple, banana, avocado, and spinach in the blender.
  • Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
