- 1 lb 450 g ground beef
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 9 –12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ tsp paprika
- Optional toppings: fresh parsley extra bacon bits, jalapeños
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cook bacon until crispy; crumble and set aside.
Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain fat. Sauté onions and garlic until soft.
Stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
Boil lasagna noodles until al dente; drain and lay flat.
Layer noodles, meat sauce, cheese, and bacon in the baking dish. Repeat layers, finishing with a cheese layer on top.
Cover with foil and bake 25–30 minutes; remove foil last 5–10 minutes to brown top.
Let rest 10–15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
