Ingredients
  

  • Cake:
  • 6 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • Coconut Sauce:
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp tapioca starch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • Garnish:
  • Sesame seeds or peanuts

Instructions
 

  • Mix Batter: Combine flours, sugar, water, and bananas.
  • Steam Cake: Pour batter into a greased dish and steam for 25–30 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Make Sauce: Heat coconut milk, sugar, and tapioca starch until thickened.
  • Serve: Slice cake, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds or peanuts.

Notes

  • Use ripe bananas for the best flavor.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat before serving.
