- Cake:
- 6 ripe bananas sliced
- 1 cup tapioca flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- Coconut Sauce:
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp tapioca starch mixed with 2 tbsp water
- Garnish:
- Sesame seeds or peanuts
Mix Batter: Combine flours, sugar, water, and bananas.
Steam Cake: Pour batter into a greased dish and steam for 25–30 minutes. Cool completely.
Make Sauce: Heat coconut milk, sugar, and tapioca starch until thickened.
Serve: Slice cake, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds or peanuts.
