- 1 onion quartered
- 1 lemon halved
- 4 garlic cloves smashed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup chicken broth optional
