The Bushwacker is a rich, creamy frozen cocktail that combines tropical and chocolate flavors into one indulgent drink. It blends dark rum, coffee liqueur, crème de cacao, coconut cream, and ice cream or milk, creating a thick, dessert-like cocktail. Originating in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, this drink became popular at the Flora-Bama Lounge, where it became a beloved beachside treat. Perfect for summer parties or a laid-back day, the Bushwacker brings vacation vibes to your glass.

Notes
Texture Tips: For an extra-thick texture, use more ice cream or less milk.
Avoid Over-Blending: Blend just enough to combine everything well; over-blending can make the drink too watery.
Optional Variations: You can add banana, make it non-alcoholic, or swirl chocolate syrup inside the glass for added flavor.
Make Ahead: The Bushwacker mix can be made in advance and stored in the freezer. Just blend it again before serving.
Storage: If you have leftovers, they can be stored in the freezer for later, but it’s best to consume it fresh for optimal texture.
