- 12 large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Prep the Seafood: Pat dry salmon and shrimp with paper towels. Season both with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat the Pan: Warm oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
