  • 1 tablespoon butter

Method
 

  1. Butter one side of each challah slice.
  2. Place cheese (and any optional fillings) between the unbuttered sides.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat.

  5. Let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve warm.
