Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • ½ packet ranch dressing mix like Hidden Valley
  • 3 –4 pickled jalapeños sliced, from a jar
  • ¼ cup pickled jalapeño juice
  • ½ bunch fresh cilantro stems removed
  • 1 clove garlic optional
  • Juice of 1 lime optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust spice or seasoning if needed (add more jalapeños for heat).
  • Pour into an airtight container and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, tacos, veggies, or drizzle over burritos and salads.

Notes

For a lighter version: Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream and use low-fat mayo.
