Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice plus zest
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper optional, for heat
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Melt Butter – In a small saucepan, gently melt the butter over low heat.

  • Mix Flavors – Add Dijon mustard, lemon juice, zest, and spices. Stir well.
  • Add Herbs – Mix in parsley and chives.

Notes

Use vegan butter for a dairy-free version.
