- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil or melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate chips optional, for filling or topping
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, yeast, and salt.
Add warm milk, oil (or butter), and vanilla. Mix until a soft dough forms.
