Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs or mixed herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or basil optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken thighs dry and season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  • Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a skillet.
  • Add chicken thighs and cook 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
  • Reduce heat to medium, add butter and garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes, spooning sauce over chicken.
  • Remove chicken and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

Marinate chicken in garlic and herbs for 20-30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
Can be baked at 400°F for 20-25 minutes if preferred.
Serve with roasted veggies, rice, or a fresh salad.
