  • 1 lb ground Wagyu beef
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder optional

Method
 

  1. Remove ground Wagyu from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Season with a bit of kosher salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
  3. Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Shape into patties or break up for chili, bolognese, or other dishes.
  5. Sear for 3-4 minutes per side until medium-rare or medium.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
