Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground Wagyu beef
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Remove ground Wagyu from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
