- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup butter optional
reheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line pans.
Make banana layer, bake 25–30 mins, cool.
Make chocolate layer, bake 30 mins, cool.
Make strawberry layer, bake 25 mins, cool.
Whip cream with sugar and vanilla.
Assemble layers with whipped cream in between.
Decorate with fruit or chocolate shavings.
Chill 30 mins, slice, serve, and take Jewel Atomic Cake pics.
