Burgers
In a bowl, mix beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire.
Form 4 equal patties with a small center indent.
Grill or pan-sear over medium-high heat, 3–4 minutes each side.
Add cheese in the final minute, then toast buns lightly.
Assemble with tomato, greens, and favorite toppings.
Fries
Wash and cut potatoes into strips. Soak in water for 30 mins.
Dry thoroughly and toss in olive oil and seasoning.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, or air-fry at 400°F for 15–18 mins.
Serve hot next to the burger.
For extra flavor, add Joanna’s signature onion jam or herbed mayo.
Use turkey or veggie patties as alternatives.
Baking is healthier; frying gives more crunch.
To make it fun for kids, turn these into mini sliders!
Don’t skip soaking the fries — it’s the secret to crispiness.
