Ingredients
  

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup of unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1 can 15 oz of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease your 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  • Evenly spread the dry cake mix over the bottom of the baking dish. No need to mix it, just dump it in!
  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the dry cake mix. Spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  • Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the pecans and cake mix, ensuring an even coat.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
