- 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar optional
- For the mousse layers:
- 6 oz dark chocolate
- 6 oz milk chocolate
- 6 oz white chocolate
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 6 tbsp powdered sugar optional
Make the crust: Combine cookie crumbs, butter, and sugar, then press into the pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
Prepare dark chocolate mousse: Melt dark chocolate, whip 1 cup of cream, and fold them together. Spread over the crust. Chill for 1 hour.
Prepare milk chocolate mousse: Melt milk chocolate, whip 1 cup of cream, and fold together. Spread over dark mousse. Chill for 1 hour.
Prepare white chocolate mousse: Melt white chocolate, whip the remaining cream, and fold together. Spread over the milk mousse. Chill for 3-4 hours.
Serve: Garnish with whipped cream or chocolate shavings, if desired.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Can be made ahead of time, and leftovers freeze well.
