1 to 1 1/2 cups warm water
2 tbsp butter (or oil)

- Mix Ingredients: In a bowl combine cornmeal, salt, sugar. Gradually add warm water and mix until dough forms.
- Shape Arepas: Divide dough into small balls and flatten into discs.
