- 1 cup brewed coffee cooled
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup milk or almond/oat milk
- 1 –2 tsp honey or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Ice cubes optional
repare coffee and avocado: Brew coffee and let it cool. Cut and scoop the avocado.
Combine ingredients: Add coffee, avocado, milk, honey, and vanilla to a blender.
Blend: Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness or milk if needed. Add ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
