Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup milk or almond/oat milk
  • 1 –2 tsp honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • repare coffee and avocado: Brew coffee and let it cool. Cut and scoop the avocado.
  • Combine ingredients: Add coffee, avocado, milk, honey, and vanilla to a blender.
  • Blend: Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness or milk if needed. Add ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
  • Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. Optionally, garnish with cinnamon or cocoa.

Notes

Use ripe avocado for a smooth texture.
Cold coffee prevents curdling.
Can be made vegan using plant-based milk and maple syrup.
Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours; shake before drinking.
