- 2 lbs beef chuck riblets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar optional
Oven Method:
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Rub riblets with oil and all spices.
Place on foil-lined tray, cover with foil.
Bake for 2.5 hours.
Uncover, broil for 5–10 minutes until crispy.
Grill Method:
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Season riblets and grill over indirect heat.
Cook for 1.5–2 hours, turning occasionally.
Slow Cooker:
Season riblets and place in cooker.
Add ¼ cup water.
Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 4 hours.
Air Fryer:
Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
Season riblets and place in basket.
Cook for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Optional: Glaze with BBQ sauce in the last 10 minutes.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Great with mashed potatoes or corn on the cob.
