Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries or mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
  • A handful of ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen berries to the blender.
  • Pour in vanilla Greek yogurt and almond milk.
  • Add honey (or agave syrup) and vanilla extract.
  • Add protein powder if using.
  • Toss in ice cubes.
  • Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Notes

For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey.
Feel free to swap almond milk for oat, coconut, or dairy milk.
Add spinach or kale for extra nutrients without affecting flavor much.
Smoothies are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge up to 24 hours; shake well before drinking.
