Garnish & serve:Add a strawberry slice or lime wedge for garnish. Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy your refreshing strawberry mint mojito virgin!
For a sugar-free version, skip the sweetener or use stevia or monk fruit.
Swap club soda with coconut water for a tropical twist.
Want it fancy? Add a splash of non-alcoholic ginger beer for a strawberry mule mocktail vibe.
For a crowd, scale up the ingredients and serve in a large pitcher.
Store leftover strawberry-mint mixture (before adding soda) in the fridge for up to 1 day.
