Strawberry Mojito Virgin Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 –2 teaspoons honey agave syrup, or stevia (to taste)
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Lime slices and extra mint for garnish
Instructions
- Muddle the ingredients: In a glass, muddle the strawberries, mint leaves, and lime juice until the strawberries are crushed and release their juice.
- Add sweetener: Stir in the honey or your preferred sweetener.
- Add ice: Fill the glass with ice cubes.
