Ingredients

  • Non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice 1 cup 240 ml
  • Lime juice 2 tablespoons 30 ml
  • Orange juice or orange zest 1–2 tablespoons 15–30 ml
  • Simple syrup optional 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
  • Ice cubes 1 cup
  • Salt or sugar for rim optional As needed
  • Lime wheel or fruit garnish 1–2 pieces

Instructions
 

  • Rim the glasses with salt or sugar, if desired.
  • Juice fresh limes to get 2 tablespoons of juice.
  • In a shaker or mixing glass, combine grape juice, lime juice, and orange juice/zest. Add simple syrup if desired.
  • Add ice cubes and shake or stir until well chilled.
  • Strain into prepared glasses over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with lime wheel or other fruit.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy a refreshing winearita sans alcool.

Notes

Use chilled grape juice for best results.
Customize sweetness with simple syrup, honey, or agave.
