Ingredients
  

  • For the spicy tuna patties
  • 300 g fresh tuna finely chopped or ground sushi-grade
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions
  • Salt & pepper
  • For the burger
  • 2 –4 burger buns toasted
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Pickled cucumber optional
  • Spicy sauce
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 –2 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Prepare tuna mixture
  • In a bowl, mix chopped tuna, mayo, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, egg, and panko. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Form patties
  • Shape mixture into burger-sized patties and refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to firm up.
  • Cook patties
  • Heat a skillet with a little oil. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until crispy and golden outside but tender inside.
  • Make spicy sauce
  • Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Toast buns
  • Lightly toast burger buns until golden.
  • Assemble burger
  • Bottom bun → lettuce → crispy tuna patty → spicy sauce → avocado slices → tomato → pickles → top bun.
  • Serve immediately while warm and crispy.

Notes

  • Use sushi-grade tuna for best flavor and safety.
  • Don’t overcook tuna—keep the inside juicy.
  • Add sesame seeds or nori flakes for extra umami.
  • Can be served with fries or a light salad.
